Kids Running in Traffic (1-16-15)

Whiting PD received a 911 call of kids at the corner of 119th Street and Indianapolis Blvd. running out into the traffic causing cars to swerve around them.  Sgt. Butler was detailed and advised that there was no one in the area upon his arrival.
