Kids Throwing Rocks (3-22-14)

A male subject called the Whiting PD to report three Hispanic males ages 12 to 15 years of age throwing rocks at cars in the area near Happy Jacks Liquors.  One subject was heavy set and the other wearing a green hoodie.  The caller called back to report that the subjects took off running.  Officers checked the area with negative results.
