Lights Flickering (3-13-14)

A resident from Munster, IN came into the the Whiting PD to report that he was checking on why the lights were flickering in his mother’s house in the 2600 block of Schrage Avenue. NIPSCO was contacted and found that the copper ground wire on the pole had been cut.
