Lost Visa Debit Card (10-21-14)

A resident from Gary, IN came into the Whiting PD to report that her son believes that he lost his Visa Debit Card in the locker room of the Whiting School Admin. Building.  The complainant believes that he lost it on 10-3-14.  The complainant reported that they have a fraudulent check from a subject from Lansing, IL.
