Mischievous Subjects (2-6-15)

An employee from Walgreens called the Whiting PD to report approx. 20 juveniles walking in the middle of Indianapolis Blvd. and are refusing to allow vehicles to pass by them.  Units were detailed to the area and officers reported negative results upon their arrival.
