Officer Assisting Citizen (4-26-14)

Ofc. Trinidad reported that he was assisting a female driver at 117th and Central Avenue with a flat tire on her green 02 Nissan.  In speaking with the female from off of Roberts Avenue she reported that she was in Whiting Park and her vehicle was spray painted and the tire got slashed.  The complainant also advised the officer that there was graffiti on the sidewalk by the pier and also on the pier.  The complainant stated that they seen two Hispanic males leave the area in a gold Chevy Malibu.  The officers reported that the vehicle had left the park on 117th Street.
