Ornamental Street Lights (5-9-14)

A resident in the 1800 block of Cleveland Avenue reported that there are three females and four juveniles messing around with the City ornamental street lights.  The complainant reported that all the lights are out in the 1600 block of Cleveland Avenue.  Officers reported that Nipsco was working in the area.  The complainant called back to report that all the lights are back on.  Sgt. Allard reported kids possibly playing with the light sensors.
