Owner of Stolen Truck (8-30-14)

Whiting PD was detailed to Game Time 2 in reference to a disturbance between the subject and two other subjects about the stolen truck.  Officers spoke with the complainant and the subject who actually owns the truck.  The owner took the truck due to the complainant doing work for him on a house in Hammond.  Officers advised that the issue was a civil matter.
