A resident in the 1500 block of Cleveland Avenue reported a w/m wearing a blue jacket was selling meat door to door out of his green truck in the 1500 block of Cleveland.  Officers located the subject who was from Baton Rouge, LA..  The subject was selling meat for the Iowa Steak Company.  He was advised that he must obtain a permit from City Hall to sell door to door.
