Whiting PD was dispatched to the 2500 block of White Oak Avenue in reference to a subject again in a green Toyota pick up selling meat door to door.  Officers issued a citation to James Palmer of 10211 S. Prospect, Chicago, IL for License Required for a Business.  The subject was advised again that he needs a permit from City Hall to sell door to door.
