Possible Dogs Off Leashes (4-6-14)

A resident in the 1700 block of Oliver reported that a female walking three beagles off leashes in the Oliver and Sheridan alley are antagonizing her dog and the neighbors.  The dogs are in their yards and the female walking the other dogs walks up to the fence and stomps her feet at the dogs.  The complainant also stated that the female yells at the dogs because they are barking at her.  Officers checked the area with negative results.
