Possible Drug Mischief (12-12-13)

Sgt. Hale was detailed to Whiting City Hall parking lot to a report of a male subject in a car possibly doing drugs. The officer spoke with the owner from East Chicago who was waiting to pick up his son. The officer reported no drugs involved.
