Possible Shoplifter (1-17-15)

Whiting PD was detailed to Walgreens in reference to a younger w/m subject wearing a black vest and a gray hoodie inside the store possibly shoplifting.  Officers reported that they could not locate the subject inside or outside of the store.  Officers spoke with an employee who advised that this is the same subject they are having trouble with.
