Possible Subject High on Ecstasy (5-23-15)

A resident in the 1200 block of 121st Street reported a male subject in shorts was high on Ecstasy and is walking in and out of the traffic.  Sgt. Butler located the subject in the area of Kelly Place and W Fred Street and requested an ambulance for the subject.  The subject was transported to St. Catherine’s Hospital.  The subject was from the 2700 block of Utah Street, Lake Station, IN.
