Request for Extra Patrols (12-24-14)

A resident in the 1700 block of Cleveland Avenue requested extra patrols in the area in reference to a suspicious male subject wearing all dark clothing and a black stocking cap.  The complainant reported that the subject was standing by his work van and when he came out of the house the subject walked away on his cell phone.
