Resident Unable to Gain Entry (4-22-15)

A resident in the 1900 block of Indianapolis Blvd. reported that she was unable to gain entry to her basement due to someone blocking the door from the inside.  The complainant requested officers to investigate.  Officers reported that a bag of concrete was up against the door.  Officers moved the same and entry was gained.
