Robbery in Progress (5-4-15)

Sgt. Hale advised that there was a robbery in progress in Hammond at the Oasis Liquors.  All officers were detailed.  Sgt. Hale advised that he had one of the subjects involved in custody at 115th and Davis and the second subject was caught by Hammond PD K-9 unit.  The subject was turned over to Hammond PD and Hammond handled.
