Smoke at Tot Park (7-28-14)

A resident from the 1400 block of Stanton Avenue called the Whiting PD to report smoke coming from under the monkey bars at Tot Park in the 1500 block of Atchison Avenue.  Car 30 was detailed and reported that the Fire Department was already on the scene.
