Stolen Car Located (11-4-14)

Aurora Illinois PD sent a hit confirmation on a stolen car from the Whiting PD.  Aurora PD advised that the owner of the car who reported the car stolen to the Whiting PD was in control of her vehicle.  After officers spoke with the owner from DeMotte, Indiana she advised that she had located her car and forgot to contact Whiting Police about her finding it.  The vehicle removed from being reported as stolen from the computer.
