Strong Odor of Marijuana (7-24-15)

A caller called the Whiting PD to report a strong odor of marijuana coming from the second floor apartment in the 1700 block of Cleveland Avenue.  Officers dispatched and reported that no one would answer the door, but a strong odor was detected.  Info left for detective bureau.
