Subject Almost Mugged (5-25-15)

A resident from Lake Avenue reported that he was almost mugged by St. John School.  Officers advised the subject to contact Hammond PD.  The complainant advised that he seen the vehicle and suspect in Whiting.  The vehicle in question is a silver Alero with a hubcap missing.  The vehicle was seen parked at 119th Street and Cleveland Avenue by the Clipper Bar.  The complainant advised that the perpetrator was a white male with a ski mask rolled on top of his head.  The subject was last seen at 2115 hrs. on 119th Street.
