Subject In Basement (11-23-14)

A resident in the 1400 block of 121st Street reported that someone is in his basement.  Lt. Puhek and Sgt. Hale spoke with a subject from Chicago who had permission from the owner to place his property in the basement.  Officers advised that the owners son who was home at the time was not advised by his father.
