Subject Carrying 2×4’s (7-13-15)

Whiting Fire Chief reported two youths carrying 2×4’s on bicycles down Oliver and Ohio Avenue.  Officers located both of the subjects who advised that they had permission to take the wood from a house on Central Avenue.  Officers reported that the youths were attempting to build a tree house.
