Subject Chased by Pit Bull (4-7-14)

Sgt. Hale radioed that he was in the 1400 block of Fischrupp Avenue with a subject that is being chased by a pit bull.  Officers reported that the dog ran into a yard in the 1400 block of Fischrupp Avenue.  Sgt. Hale issued a citation to the animal owner, Anthony Vianello of 1428 Fischrupp Avenue, Whiting, IN for Animal Running at Large, Rabies Control and No City License.
