Subject Inside Vehcile (6-24-15)

Dispatch received a call from a subject in the 2000 block of White Oak Avenue reporting that his sister had caught a subject inside his vehicle.  the subject was going through the glove compartment.  The subject is described a W/H very thin and young wearing a dark hoodie and black shorts.  The subject is walking down 121st Street towards Schrage Avenue.  Officers checked the area with negative results.
