Subject Screaming for Help (5-14-14)

An off duty dispatcher received a call from a friend reporting a female driving a gray 4 door vehicle was screaming for help in the area of New York Avenue and Ohio Avenue.  The complainant reported that the vehicle then took off south on New York Avenue.  Sgt. Butler checked the area with negative results.
