Subject Slumped on Bench (7-6-15)

Whiting PD was detailed to the area of New York and 119th Street at the bench in front of Chase Bank to a report of a M/W in his 20’s slumped over on the bench.  Offices spoke with the subject from the 2000 block of Indianapolis Blvd. who was alert and was sent on his way.
