Subject Slumped Over Wheel (6-28-15)

Whiting PD was dispatched to a report of a subject slumped over the wheel in front of the Office Bar in the 2000 block of Indianapolis Blvd.  Officers spoke with the subject who is the owner of the bar and he was waiting for someone.  Officers reported all is ok.
