Subject Smoking Marijuana (12-20-14)

Whiting PD was detailed to the 1500 block of 119th Street in reference to a female caller reporting a subject smoking marijuana.  Sgt. Hale requested a warrant check on a male subject who came back clear.  Officers reported that the mother and son had an argument causing the mother to call the police.
