Subject Urinating on Fence (11-8-14)

Sgt. Allard reported that while patrolling in the area of 117th Street and LaPorte Avenue a suspicious W/M wearing a tan carhart jacket was urinating on the fence in the 1700 block alley of LaPorte Avenue.
