Subjects Breaking Windows (3-28-15)

A resident in the 1700 block of Center Street reported that he believes that the teenagers who also live in the 1700 block of Center Street are breaking windows in his garage and it is causing the glass to land on his vehicle.  Sgt. Allard was detailed and attempted to speak with the neighbors about the issue and no one would answer the door.
