Subjects Drinking Alcohol (5-23-15)

An unknown caller called to report two subjects drinking alcohol next to the Whiting/Robertsdale Chamber of Commerce.  Sgt. Sopo advised that the owner of the street mart was outside but was not drinking.  He was sent beck inside of his business.
