Subjects in Ineos Chemical Plant (4-19-14)

Whiting PD was detailed to the Ineos Chemical Plant in the 2300 block of Standard Avenue.  Security reported that two subjects that appear to be 12 year olds exited their plant and are walking down Standard Avenue.  Sgt. Cooper located both of the subjects who were juveniles are reported missing from Aurora, IL.  They were transported to the Whiting PD and are waiting to be picked up from their parents.
