Subjects Running Through Yards (11-15-14)

Whiting PD was detailed to the 1800 block of Oliver Street in reference to four black male subjects running through yards.  Four of the subjects are now in an SUV and another is outside pretending that he is urinating on a tree.  Officers spoke with the subjects who are going to a basketball game at the school.
