Subjects Seen With Rifles (9-29-14)

East Chicago PD called to report that in the 3000 block of Dickey Road in East Chicago that two w/m subjects were seen with rifles shooting at birds and are possibly heading towards Whiting.  East Chicago PD requested that we check the other side of the rail road tracks.  Sgt. Hale reported checking the area with negative results.
