Subjects Walking Dogs in Park (8-11-14)

Whiting PD was dispatched to Whiting Park in reference to two black males and 1 black female walking dogs in Whiting Park.  Capt. McNinch located the subjects involved and advised the subjects were leaving the park after park employees advised them of no dogs in the park.
