Suspicious Subject (11-1-14)

A resident in the 1700 block of Center Street reported a suspicious subject approx. 6ft tall wearing a black jacket and a black cap sanding by her door when she came home.  The complainant advised that she went into the garage at that time.  Officers checked the area with negative results.
