Suspicious Subject (3-30-14)

A resident in the 2400 block of Schrage Avenue reported a suspicious black male in a maroon Dodge van with Illinois Plates parked in the 2400 block of Schrage Avenue right off Indianapolis Blvd.  The complainant reported that the subject parked his van right up next to a garage of a vacant house.  Officers checked the area with negative results.
