Suspicious Subject (5-14-15)

Dispatch received a call from an unknown subject who reported a suspicious black male subject heading towards the tracks.  Officers located the subject and requested a warrant check on him.  The subject came back clear and reported that he was heading towards East Chicago, IN.  Officers transported the same to the City Limits.
