Suspicious Subject (5-20-15)

Whiting PD was detailed to the area of 129th Street and Schrage Avenue in reference to a suspicious subject in a red hoodie walking back and forth in the area.  Officers located the subject who lives in the area and was talking on his cell phone to his girlfriend.
