Suspicious Subject (6-4-15)

A resident in the 1600 block of Atchison Avenue reported a suspicious subject wearing a white shirt and black pants walking up and down the street smoking.  The complainant reported that when he waves his arms a dark colored vehicle circle’s the area.  Officers were detailed to the area and reported negative results, subject GOA.
