Suspicious Subject (7-21-15)

A resident in the 2100 block of 121st Street reported a suspicious subject mixed race male, wearing camouflage keeps circling around the area.  The subject was last turned onto Steiber Street heading east bound.  Officers reported that the caller had a picture of the subject who was a m/h with white ear phones, shorts and a mustache that was following two college girls.  Officers reported checking the area with negative results.
