Suspicious Subject (8-20-14)

Whiting Pd  was detailed to the rear of Walgreens in reference to a male subject wearing a black shirt and shorts on a mountain bike checking cars to see if their doors are unlocked.  Lt. Tobias located the subject and requested a warrant check on the same.  The subject came back clear and he was sent on his way.
