Suspicious Subject (8-7-14)

A resident in the 2500 block of Schrage Avenue reported a suspicious subject approx. 6 ft. tall wearing shorts looking into cars in the 2500 and 2600 blocks of Schrage Avenue.  Officers checked the area with negative results.
