Suspicious Subject (9-26-14)

A resident in the 1400 block of Fischrupp Avenue reported that there is a suspicious male walking in and out of yards.  The subject is a black male thin build wearing a black jacket and a dew rag with gray camo shorts on.  Officers checked the area with negative results.
