Suspicious Subject Circling the Block (3-13-14)

A male subject called the Whiting PD to report a black male subject with dreadlocks, wearing a dark blue hoodie and light blue jeans with a scare on his face is circling the block where his girlfriend lives. The complainant reported that this is happening in the 1900 block of Clark Street. Officers checked the area with negative results.
