Suspicious Subject Walking into Yards (10-3-14)

An anonymous caller called the Whiting PD to report a black male subject with a gray backpack walking in and out of the yards in the 1400 block of Fischrupp Avenue.  Officers located the subject on a bike at the corner of 119th Street and Indianapolis Blvd.  The subject advised that he lives with a friend in the 1800 block of Oliver Street.
