Suspicious Subjects (4-11-15)

A resident in the 1500 block of Fred Street reported that there is a Dark Blue Chevy with two subjects inside going up and down the block and around the adjacent allies.  The complainant reported that the vehicle in question is stopping in front of houses on Fred Street.  A report of a male Hispanic subject in his 20’s with sunglasses driving and a female Hispanic in her 20’s is the passenger in the car.  Officers checked the area with negative results.
