Suspicious Subjects (7-4-15)

Whiting PD was detailed to the YMCA to a report of a couple of kids looking into the windows with flashlights.  The kids are wearing blue sweatshirts and black hoodies.  Officers located both of the kids who were using their phones as flashlights.  No damage to the building and they were sent on their way.
