Suspicious Vehicle (4-28-15)

A resident in the 2500 block of Schrage Avenue reports a suspicious vehicle in front of his house.  the complainant advised that the vehicle was occupied by a male and female.  Officers arrested the driver Jose I Hernandez of 4224 Johnson Avenue, Hammond, IN for Illegal Possession of Alcohol by a Minor.  He was transported tot he Whiting PD and posted a cash bond.
